Due to the global pandemic we are in, we had to make changes to our Spring Fellowship. We have been working delinquently to provide a virtual experience for all lodge members. We would like to invite you to our first event of 2020, our Spring Fellowship, this virtual event will be Saturday from
9:00am – Noon.
This event will be done through zoom and on Facebook live for you to join us in sessions great fun and games.

ScoutFest is going virtual and this time it is a collaboration between the Great Smoky Mountain Council, Cherokee Area Council, and the Blue Grass Council.
Virtual ScoutFest 2020 will allow Scouts of all ages to participate in the live session with all four high adventure bases, advancement opportunities, virtual hikes, instructional sessions, a virtual campfire, and even a marathon – all while “camping out” in their own backyard or house and observing social distancing guidelines.
This event is free of charge, but each council is offering an optional registration package. They each include the Virtual ScoutFest 2020 patch and some other goodies based on the council. If you take advantage of this option, it will help us offset revenue lost from all the Spring events that were cancelled due to COVID-19. Even if you aren’t taking advantage of the optional package, please register so we can share updates with you and keep a count of who is enjoying this awesome event. After you register then:
- Set up camp in your backyard or build a fort in the living room. Just make sure you are maintaining social distancing.
- Take pictures and video of your camp and you & your family participating in the activities. Make sure to share them on the Virtual ScoutFest 2020 Facebook event page. Make sure you post them on your social media and use the hashtags #ScoutingAtHome and #VSF2020

Hey everyone, 2019 Winter Banquet registration is officially open! We will be having a Brotherhood ceremony before the winter banquet. The Brotherhood ceremony check-in will be at 3:00PM and you will need to pay $20 at the door. All lodge members are invited to join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of this past year and those of the year yet to come! Columbia Steak Express will be catering, the winter banquet again this year, we will everyone to pre-register by Nov 26th.
