Every December, all the Section Chiefs gather together for three days to plan out the new year. Along with some planning, the National Officer Elections are held. Just after breakfast on December, 28th 2009, our very own Section Chief from our lodge was elected as the 2010 Southern Region Chief of The Order of the Arrow.

Don Combs is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor Member, Venturing Silver, Arrow of Light, Founders Award Recipient, William T. Hornaday, Silver Recipient, Chapter Chief, Two-Term Lodge Chief, Two-Term Section Chief, and now Region Chief.

Don has been one of the best examples in my life for someone who always lives the Scout Oath, and Law in his everyday life. Don will do an amazing job as the 2010 Southern Region Chief.
