Today, May 16th, Kawida lodge successfully inducted 39 Ordeal members and 10 Brotherhood members.  With the help of the Midland Trial District camporee and the Ordeal candaites, the lodge was able to setup all tents in the enitre camp and most of the new cots. Even with isolated severe thunderstorms through-out the day we were still able to get the work done.

A great "Thank you" need's to go out to Andrew Anderson, the Vice-Chief of Service, who conducted all of the service that day and made sure things were moving smoothly. The overall event was a successs and the new Ordeal members enjoyed a steak dinner.

Saturday night was concluded with an entertaining campfire hosted by the lodge for Arrowmen and Midland Trial camporee scouts. A "Job well done" is needed for the Kawida Lodge Dance Team which did an outstanding job. 

 The next Ordeal will be June 12th through the 14th. If you were just inducted this weekend, be sure to come back and experience the life as an attending member, it's really fun! See you then!
